1 General Terms & Conditions

Betjee Bet (betjeebet.app) is an online gaming and betting platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here. These terms may be updated at any time — so we recommend reviewing them periodically.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on Betjee Bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account closure and balance forfeiture at any time.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may open only one account.
• The mobile number and email used during registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Once you complete KYC verification after registration, full withdrawal access will be unlocked.

3 Age Verification

Betjee Bet is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Date of birth is required at registration and government-issued ID verification may be requested at any time.

If anyone under 18 opens an account using false information and is later found out, all balances, winnings, and bonuses in that account will be forfeited. Betjee Bet will make no exceptions in such cases.

A note to parents — please ensure your minor children cannot access this platform. We strongly recommend using parental control software.

4 Deposits & Payments

Betjee Bet supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit is ৳10, and the maximum is subject to per-transaction limits.

Deposit Rules:

• You may only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are usually instant — though network issues may occasionally cause delays of up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits are non-refundable once made (except in specific circumstances).
• Deposits made through fraudulent payment methods will result in account closure.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from Betjee Bet, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered mobile banking number.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳50.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be held until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Betjee Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms:

• To claim a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x–20x).
• Winnings from free bets are credited to your cash balance — not your bonus balance.
• Each offer can only be claimed once per member.
• Bonus validity periods are generally 7 to 30 days.
• Violating bonus terms will result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
• Betjee Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Betjee Bet run on internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely random and never predetermined.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the outcome will be determined based on system logs.
• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of that bet will be saved on the server.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Fraud through credit/debit card chargebacks.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other members.

9 Account Closure

You can close your Betjee Bet account at any time. If you contact support, the account will be closed within 24 hours. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Betjee Bet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under certain circumstances — such as violations of terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Members will be informed of the reason.

A voluntary self-exclusion option is also available — if you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can lock your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

10 Responsible Gaming

Betjee Bet believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage every member to play responsibly.
